Working Principle

Feeding Material

The raw material is introduced into the mill through a feeder, which ensures a continuous and uniform supply of material to the grinding chamber.

Grinding Process

Inside the main grinding chamber, large grinding rollers rotate around a stationary ring (grinding ring). The friction and pressure between the rollers and the ring break down the material into smaller particles.

Classification (Separation)

A classifier or separator is used to separate the ground material based on its size. Larger particles are returned to the mill for further grinding, while the properly sized powder passes through.

Powder Transportation

The fine powder generated by the grinding process is transported into a collection system via an airflow created by fans integrated with the mill.

The entire operation is monitored and controlled to maintain optimal performance, including adjusting the speed of the rollers or regulating the flow of material as needed.
