Working Principle

Slurry and Air Intake
The ore slurry is fed into the flotation cell, and the self-priming mechanism draws air into the system without needing external pumps. This simplifies the process and enhances efficiency.

Mixing and Agitation
The impeller rotates, creating strong turbulence and ensuring proper mixing of air, slurry, and reagents. This leads to fine air bubble dispersion, which is crucial for mineral flotation.
