Basic process of sand making plant
In the process of Dingbo wet sand making, new sand making machine has replaced the rod mill with high running cost, which greatly improves the reliability of artificial sand production, and ensures the quality of the product.
The first stage: Primary and secondary crushing
Material will be primarily and secondarily crushed by jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, etc. to the size less than 40mm.
The second stage: Sand making
The vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine) is used in the configuration of the production line. This crusher is the new type sand maker of SANME, which has the features of high crushing efficiency, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, low operation cost, and excellent particle size.
The third stage: Screening and washing
Aggregate with size of 0-40mm will be conveyed by electromagnetic feeder and belt conveyor to the vertical shaft impact crusher for crushing. The crushed material will be conveyed to the vibrating screen for screening. The material with size larger than 5mm will be conveyed back to the sand maker for crushing to achieve a closed circuit. The material with size less than 5mm will be conveyed to the sand washer for cleaning. The cleaned material will be conveyed by belt conveyor to the final product pile. In order to ensure the fineness module and sand grading, the sand washing water will be recycled by the fine sand collection system to collect the fine sand with size less than 0.16mm.
FEATURES OF SANME WET SAND MAKING PROCESS
The design of the process is scientific and reasonable, which effectively ensures the quality and output of manufactured sand.
The first stage: Primary and secondary crushing
It is capable of crushing middle and high as well as extra high hardness material, ensuring the material is reduced to the size less than 40mm.
The second stage: Sand making
High automation in the sand making process minimizes the cost of human resources, and the vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine) ensures high crushing efficiency and excellent particle size.
The third stage: Screening and washing
Good sand grading and adjustable fineness module are achieved through the vibrating screen and sand washer. The material with size larger than 5mm is conveyed back to the sand maker for further crushing, while the material with size less than 5mm is cleaned in the sand washer. The low running noise level and less dust pollution make the process environmentally friendly. The sand washing water is recycled by the fine sand collection system to collect the fine sand with size less than 0.16mm, ensuring resource efficiency.
