Working Principle

Material Feeding
The ore or mineral slurry is introduced at the top of the spiral chute, allowing materials to flow downward under gravity.

Separation by Density
As the material moves through the spiral-shaped channel, centrifugal force pushes lighter particles outward, while heavier particles remain closer to the inner edge.

Layer Formation
The difference in movement causes materials to stratify, with heavier minerals concentrating along the inner curve and lighter ones moving to the outer edge.
