Working Principle

Material Feeding
The ore slurry (a mixture of water and crushed ore) is fed onto the table from the feed box at the upper corner.

Shaking and Layering
A motor-driven mechanism generates a back-and-forth shaking motion, causing the materials to stratify by density—heavier particles settle at the bottom, while lighter ones stay on top.

Separation Process
Water flows across the table, washing away lighter particles, while the heavier minerals remain trapped in the riffles (grooves) on the table surface.

Concentrate Collection
The separated materials move in different directions—heavy minerals (gold, tin, tungsten) travel along the riffles toward the concentrate area, while lighter waste particles exit as tailings.
