Working Principle

Raw Material Feeding
The raw materials such as cement, sand, and aggregates are loaded into the hopper. The machine uses a belt or screw conveyor to feed these materials into the mixing system.

Automatic Material Distribution
Once mixed, the materials are automatically distributed into the mold box through a feeder box. This ensures an even fill, which is crucial for block uniformity.

Hydraulic Compaction and Vibration
The machine then activates its hydraulic system and vibration motors. The dual action compacts the material tightly into the mold, ensuring the blocks are dense and strong.

Mold Lifting and Block Ejection
After compaction, the mold lifts and the freshly formed block is ejected onto the pallet or production platform.

Pallet Transfer and Stacking
The machine automatically places the blocks on pallets, and a specialized stacking system can stack them in 3–5 layers for efficient curing and space-saving.

Cycle Repeats
The machine resets and starts the next cycle, enabling continuous and automated block production with minimal manual intervention.
