Working Principle

Feeding Process
Material is fed into the crusher through a hopper and evenly distributed across the feeding area by a feeder.

Impact Crushing Action
The material is thrown against the impact plates (ruggedly designed) by high-speed rotation of the rotor, resulting in primary crushing. Large pieces of material are broken into smaller fragments upon impact.

Counter Impact Action
Unbroken or partially broken material from the first impact is thrown back toward the rotor and impacts the opposite side of the crusher cavity, ensuring further fragmentation.

Screening and Discharge
The crushed material falls onto a screen plate inside the crusher. Material that meets the size requirements passes through the screen and is discharged from the machine, while larger pieces are retained for further processing.

Adjustment of Output Size
The gap between the rotor and impact plates can be adjusted to control the final product size (output). This feature allows operators to produce aggregates with specific particle sizes as required.
