Working Principle

Material Feeding
The raw material, containing both magnetic and non-magnetic particles, is fed onto the conveyor belt or into a rotating drum, depending on the separator type.

Magnetic Attraction
A strong magnetic field is generated by either permanent magnets or an electromagnet. Magnetic particles in the material are attracted to the magnetic field, while non-magnetic particles remain unaffected.

Separation Process
As the material moves, magnetic particles attach to the separator's surface (drum, belt, or roller), while non-magnetic materials continue their path unaffected and are discharged separately.

Magnetic Material Collection
The attracted magnetic particles are carried away until they reach a zone where the magnetic force is weaker. At this point, they are released and collected in a separate compartment.

Final Discharge
The process results in two distinct outputs: purified non-magnetic materials and separated magnetic particles, ready for further processing or disposal.
