Working Principle

Feed Material
The raw material (such as rock, ore, or concrete) is fed into the crushing chamber through a hopper.

Roller Rotation
Two heavy-duty rollers rotate in opposite directions, creating a shearing and compressing force on the material between them.

As the rollers move apart and together, they “nip” the material, forcing it to pass through the crusher’s gap (adjustable via hydraulic control).
