The complete gypsum powder production line is composed of four stages: crushing, grinding, classification, and powder collection.

Stage 1: Crushing

Large pieces of gypsum are crushed by a crusher to a feed fineness (15mm-50mm) that allows them to enter the grinding mill.

Stage 2: Grinding

The crushed small pieces of gypsum are transported to the silo via a lift and then evenly and quantitatively fed into the grinding chamber of the mill through a vibrating feeder for grinding.

Stage 3: Classification

The ground gypsum powder is classified by a powder separator. Unqualified particles are returned to the mill for re-grinding after being sorted by the separator.

Stage 4: Powder Collection

The gypsum powder particles that meet the fineness requirements are separated and collected in a dust collector through a pipeline along with the airflow. The collected finished powder particles are then transported to the finished product silo through the outlet by a conveying device. Finally, they are packaged uniformly using a powder tanker or an automatic packaging machine.
