Working Principle

Feed Material Intake
The raw material is fed into the crusher through a hopper, which ensures a steady flow of material into the crushing chamber.

Jaw Plates Interaction
The primary jaw plate (fixed) and the secondary jaw plate (movable) work together to crush the material. The movable jaw moves back and forth, driven by a toggle mechanism.

As the movable jaw closes toward the fixed jaw, immense force is applied to break the material into smaller particles.

Once crushed, the material falls through the gap between the two jaws (known as the “closed side”) and exits the crusher.
