Working Principle

Material Feeding
Clinker and additives (such as gypsum) are fed into the mill through the feed inlet.

Grinding Process
Inside the mill, the grinding media (steel balls or rollers) begin to crush and grind the material. As the mill rotates, the media move, applying impact and friction to break down the clinker and additives into smaller particles.

Grinding and Particle Size Reduction
The grinding continues until the material is reduced to the required fine powder. The mill’s rotation ensures the material is consistently ground.

Separation and Classification
The mill is equipped with a separator that separates finer particles from coarser ones. The finer material is collected for further processing, while the coarser material is returned to the mill for additional grinding.

Material Discharge
Once the desired particle size is achieved, the finely ground material exits the mill and is either stored or sent for further processing stages.
