STEP 1: MIXING

The amount of bentonite and inorganic acids are mixed in a specific ratio.

STEP 2: ACTIVATION

The mixture is activated at a temperature and pressure generally increased to 200 ~ 300 ℃, and 15 to 40 atmospheres.

STEP 3: RINSING

Use a certain amount of water to flush the activated slurry until PH = 4, with the rinse water slurry being equally divided into a number of equal parts, in turn.

STEP 4: FILTRATION & DRYING

The activated slurry undergoes cake filtration, followed by drying and grinding processes to produce the final product.
