The complete bauxite processing plant is composed of four stages: crushing, grinding, classifying, and powder collection.

STAGE 1: CRUSHING

The large bauxite is crushed by the crusher until the fineness satisfies the requirement entering grinding mill.

STAGE 2: GRINDING

The crushed bauxite is sent to the hopper by the elevator, and then they will enter grinding chamber by the vibrating feeder for grinding.

STAGE 3: CLASSIFYING

The milled materials should be classified by the classifier, and the unqualified powder will return to the main machine for grinding again.

STAGE 4: POWDER COLLECTION

The qualified powder will flow through the pipeline into the dust collector for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder will be sent to the finished product warehouse by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then it is packaged by the powder loading tank car or the automatic packer.
