Working Principle

Feeding Material
The material is fed into the center of the crusher through a feeding chute.

Rotating Impactor Bar
A rotating impeller (or rotor) with impact bars throws the material against a stationary or secondary impact plate at high speed.

Impact and Breakage
The force of the collision between the moving and stationary parts causes the material to break into smaller particles.

Material Flow
The broken material then falls through the crusher’s chamber, where it may undergo further impacts with other particles or bars.

The optional waterfall classifier ensures that only appropriately sized material leaves the crusher, while larger fragments are recirculated for additional crushing.
