Working Principle

Material Loading
Bulk or packaged materials are loaded onto the moving belt at the feeding point.

Drive Activation
An electric motor powers the drive pulley, initiating the movement of the conveyor belt through friction.

Belt Movement
The belt, stretched between the drive and tail pulleys, starts to move forward, carrying the material along the conveyor line.

Material Conveying
As the belt moves, the materials are continuously transported toward the discharge point.

Discharge Process
At the end of the conveyor, materials are unloaded either by gravity or assisted mechanisms.

Return Path
The empty belt loops around the tail pulley and returns to the feeding point, ready for the next cycle.
