Working Principle

Material Feeding
Bulk materials are fed into the elevator’s intake hopper from a storage bin or conveyor at the lower end.

Bucket Loading
The buckets scoop up the material as they pass through the lower section of the elevator and begin their upward journey.

Vertical Lifting
The buckets, attached to a belt or chain, lift the materials vertically through the elevator casing.

Continuous Movement
The belt or chain rotates, continuously lifting the material while ensuring a smooth flow through the system.

Discharge
As the buckets reach the top of the elevator, they unload the material into a discharge chute or bin.

Return Path
The empty buckets return to the bottom to pick up more material, completing the cycle.
