Process

Crushing and Screening Process
The stone enters the primary crushing equipment jaw crusher for coarse crushing and then is transported by the belt conveyor to the secondary crusher (impact crusher or cone crusher) for secondary crushing. Finally, the finished materials are screened by the vibrating screen, and the stones that meet the requirements are sent to the VSI sand making machine for shaping and crushing, and the unqualified materials are transported back to the VSI sand-making machine by the belt conveyor for re-crushing, and finally get Finished aggregate. -
Sand Washing Process
The stone processed by VSI sand-making machine is cleaned by a sand washing machine and sand recycling machine to get finished sand. The sand washing machine can choose a wheel sand washing machine or a spiral sand washing machine according to the site conditions. The sand dehydration recovery machine is to help obtain fine sand and prevent sand loss.
